SEARCH
by: Amarantha Françoise Dyuaaxchs
In the water of the world,
Where sunlight exists not,
Where moonbeams come in sea swirls,
And song creates what's sought.
Travelers will never stop.
They always look for more.
From place to place they walk.
The sirens guard the door.
Look for me within myself,
A sea blood topped by whipping fire.
Rubies with some amethysts,
Portents that are most dire.
Those who are yet alive
Will remain just so.
But those dead will remain all ill,
Just so and forever so.
Turn north, turn south, turn east and west;
To remember you must find me.
By the Goddess your actions are blessed
Life and growth must be free.
Up and down and roundabout
Whirling and searching ever for
That which is always most carefully watched.
The consequences heading toward.
Silently flows the river black
Powerfully towards the sea.
Land and marsh mix back to back.
That is how you must find me.
All the way and then some more
You'll never stop and never succeed.
Danger, killing, must cease, must halt
Lore of Creators and Goddess to heed.
Entwined with death, entwined with blood
The cat hunts through the worlds for mice.
Use luck to soar or be dumped in mud.
Watch toss and role of dice.
The dance of life is forever long
And so is the song that comes after the dead.
Bells of the gods dong ding and ding dong
The phantom's prophecy well said.
A sun rises, a life that falls,
The waves of time tumble over the sand.
Child comes when child calls,
And adults comprehend not the land.
Understanding is running free,
Flying the clouds and swimming the seas.
A child's life is preciously clutched.
Cramped into fear, the ocean is seized.
