SWITCHING ORDERS
Amarantha Françoise Dyuaaxchs
Justifiable, all stagnant spies,
All somber dancing rains.
All yellow oranges, embassies,
Under a deviled egg!
An iota, an iota,
The garage falling down!
And shadowed hood
Under questioning should.
A virgin becomes round!
Ech, magical, the whispers soft,
The red and black and blue.
Gaze down on us from mighty loft,
Lands formidable and true!
A black kitten, a black kitten
Breakfasting in hotels!
Do what I want,
Insist on haunt-
Ing docks, drafts, and dells!
My formidable wandering state
Strides the continents.
I have to learn, I will not wait
For the official contents!
Languages, my languages,
I'll drub the lurking shades!
And chatter on
In Avalon,
Russian, elven, French acing grades!
Justifiable, all sober sighs,
And drunken lurching away.
Governors and President's wives
Contain turbulent sway!
The serpent's eyes, the serpent's eyes,
Rooms and checks and board!
They'll run the band;
China and England
Checkmate with queen on board!
A king of swords swings a stout wand,
Guiding thunder and clouds.
A starry coin thoroughly bonds
A cup flowing into the crowds!
Temperance, plead temperance,
Justice's scales are bowed.
Blind as the born
Are logical thorns
Too often cities are cowed!
