The Big Island, 2001

When we arrived at the Honolulu airport, we asked the Taxi Guy to get us a taxi with "lots of trunk space" because one of us (DAD!!) brought many, many things with him. This is the "taxi" we got for the normal taxi fare.

Susie brilliantly blends-in with palm trees.

We stayed at the Bay Club at Waikoloa (near Kona). This is the hotel area.

Susie and Steve cop some 'tude.

I am a big fan of oral hygiene, but Mom took things too far. We were driving to the airport to return the rental car since our plane flew to Kauai that afternoon. In the car, Mom decides that it is time to start flossing. She, however, decided to kick it up and floss so hard her tooth split off and flew under the car seat. This is everyone digging around for her tooth in a no-parking zone at the airport.
