Marion ROWE, who was born in the mid 1800's came to KY (Harlan?) or Pike Co. and to Allingdale, Webster or Nicholas Co. WV. from England. He traveled with his brothers David and Charles. He married Frances HURLEY and fathered at least two children Charles Mitchel and David, who moved to MD and changed his name to Row or Roe.
