A 15-member grand jury decided
against an indictment in Byron's death. However, three years after his
death, a sheriff's investigator wants Byron's half sister, who witnessed
the killing to be evaluated by a specialist as she may be able to help
solve his murder. Holli Jo Yarrington was three years old at the time of
Byron's death.
