Arrested for allegedly shooting
Michael and his pregnant mother, Rhoshima Gezell Pippins, 21, who was several
months pregnant, as they sat in a car outside a supermarket was Michael's
father, Michael Manjeet Singh, 21 who was charged with two counts of murder.
The slayings mark the tragic
end of a relationship that went sour after the victim became pregnant and
apparently demanded that her ex-boyfriend help support the child.
Singh had filed a temporary
restraining order against the victim last year claiming she harassed him.
However, Rhoshima's stepmother said the allegations made by Singh were
not true.
Michael and his mother died
from several gunshot wounds and the unborn baby could not be saved.
