Steven bled to death after
being bitten more then 100 times on his arm and hand by the family's pet
rat which was allowed to run free in the trash strewn car where they slept.
Steven's parents, Kathyleen, 31, and Steven Giguere, 28, received the maximum
sentence of six years for felony child neglect. The couple's 4-year old
daughter was placed in protective custody.

Taylor was beaten to death
to by her mother. In her confession she said she began spanking Taylor,
then used a strap and then came the punches, the last one being hard enough
to send Taylor flying eight feet across her apartment into a metal radiator.
