Died from brain damage
Bianca was born with cocaine
in her system reducing her ability to receive oxygen from her mother and
resulting in brain damage. Prosecutors charged her mother, Melanie Green,
24 with involuntary manslaughter and delivery of a controlled substance
to a minor. However a grand jury refused to indict her.
