Died from neglect and dehydration
Corey had been removed from
his mother and placed in a foster home licensed to care for four children.
However the state had 11 other foster children living in the home when
Corey arrived. The foster mother, Judith Lundy, 50, allowed Corey to die
through neglect because he was black and she didn't like touching black
children. She was sentenced to five years in prison.
