Shaken to death
Brandon was shaken by his
mother, Janice Hanekamp who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and
placed on five year's probation. The probation included provisions that
she attend therapy on a regular basis. While on probation, both her and
her husband, George Hanekamp were charged with one count of child abuse
for forcing a 4-year-old boy they
were babysitting for into
a hot bath and holding his head under water.
