News Flash!!!
Wysk finished his U-UD! He finished this title at 11.5 y/o and w/a 1st place. Immediatly following that he q'd again and got his first 4 U-OCH points! Nice job, Wysk!
Wysk went HIT!! Wysk got his 4th ASCA UDX leg on June 21, 03. He got a 197.5 in utility and a 195 in Open to earn that leg. He won a double run off for High Combined and managed to hang onto HIT w/his Utility score. Nice Job Wysk!
Wysk is the main reason Whispering Echo's Exists, he is my main obedience/competition dog. I bought him from my loyal friend and instructor. My friend knew I wanted a good obedience dog, so she introduced me to Wysk. Wysk now lives with us and is a great dog. Wysk is currently working in Utility (obedience), he has his all his CDX's and is doing utility. He got his first two AKC UD legs in December at his first two AKC trials! He placed 2nd w/both legs. Wysk finished his AKC UD in April 02, in form, w/another 2nd place. He got his UD in 6 trials. He also went up to Canada in March 02 and managed his first two UD legs up there, one w/a 195 and the other w/a 193.5. Both earned him first place. We finished that title in Sept. 02 in style! We also hope to try some more conformation soon (as soon as he gets some coat back!).
Wysk currently started his new 'phase' in life; herding. In Wysk's mind herding IS life. For showing zero intrest the first couple times exposed to sheep, he's deffinatly come out of his shell and is lovin' life! Wysk got his HT (Herding Tested) title after working on stock for only three months! He recieved his PT (Pre-Trial Tested) title this fall. He's already been working on his outruns and stops in preparation for his HS next summer! Wysk managed to get his first two HSAs legs! He got his 2nd leg w/a 5th placement. Wysk also tried his paw at ASCA Herding and in one weekend started and finished his STDs title. Be sure to visit his 'sheep bowling' page!
I've had Wysk about 6 years now. Wysk has also earned AKC NA; he got all of them on the first try! VVBG. He also has his NAJ (three consecutive shows; all placements). He also has his OA and OAJ (all placmenet) his NAC (all placments), and two AD legs (all placements), 2 AX legs (both 1st's), and 1/3 AXJ (2nd place). Wysk is at stud to qualified bitches. He is 15 3/4", light sable (pure for). He is OFA "Good", Thyroid "Normal" and CERF "Normal". Wish us luck in the future!!!
