A creative home page. I speak/spoke French some. I was in the Peace Corps in Niger a long time ago and certainly spoke French daily. On a recent trip to France, yes, a beautiful country, I managed to be understood most of the time. Took the usual trai from Paris to Bayeux to see Normandy beaches. An overwhelming experience. And I took the train to the Loire Valley to Gien to visit some people. Just east of Paris is Vincennes and the castle there and the Parc Floral de Paris. Great web page.

Hello Joan !! Lavon Howell, from down in Mobile.......Again . I`m sorry to read in your profile about the passing of your husband. I`m sure it must be very hard to re adjust. Betty (my wife) lost her Mother this past Mar 4th (1 month today). She was in a nursing home, here in Mobile, 90 years old. It`s been very har on her also. Drop me a line when you get a chance. I'd seen your hostess listing before. Pat Scott gave me specific instructions for creating my URL, but I need the computer tech's help. As often, something didn't work. DMCI told me previously that it would be a little shabby to express condolences by E-mail, but your experience really touched me, and I want to tell you that I am sorry for the rough times ahead and now. My husband was killed by a drunk driver. Without amily and friends, I couldn't have stayed in reality, but it is God's love that has provided lasting comfort when others think it's time to move on.
