Rob's Song of the Moment
Music has always been a big hobby of mine. There are songs that totally touch my emotions sometimes good, excited, sad, fun. I will posted the lyrics to a song every week that has affected me. week of 5-10-99
This week I've been listening to a beautiful song from Tim McGraw called "Please Remember Me". It's a really sad song that I can totally relate to. What I liked most about this song is that it doesn't necessarily have to do with a relationship, I can relate this song to lost friends also. I hope you like the words to this song. It's really pretty.
"Please Remember Me" by Tim McGraw
(written by: Rodney Crowell and Will Jennings)

from the album "A Place In The Sun"

When all our tears have reached the sea
Part of you will live in me
Way down deep inside my heart
The days keep coming without fail
New wind is gonna find your sail
That's where your journey starts

chorus:
You'll find better love
Strong as it ever was
Deep as the river runs
Warm as the morning sun
Please remember me

Just like the waves down by the shore
I'm gonna keep on comin' back for more
Cause we don't ever wanna stop
Out in this brave new world you see
Oh, the valleys and the peaks
And I see you on the top

(repeat chorus)

Remember me when you're out walking
When snow falls high outside your door
Late at night when you're not sleeping
And light falls across your floor
And I can't hurt you anymore

(repeat chorus)
