This Shiraz is inky and unctuous and a very obvious "new world" style.  Gorgeous nose of ripe berries and cocoa.  Dense, rich, well-made and very aptly named.  Layers of lush fruit explode on the palate.  Blueberry, blackberry, cola and notes of mocha coalesce into a deep, beautifully structured wine.   The immense concentration of this wine calls for decanting--have a glass early and be amazed at how the exposure to air brings forth even more fruit.  Unbelievably affordable (under $20).  Serve with Carolina Pulled Pork.
