Isn't it great to see George back at what he does best! And he has a new series premiering called Grapevine, supposedly a romantic comedy which is set in Miami. LOS ANGELES (UltimateTV.com) - "Grapevine" has finally found a home. CBS has decided to debut the midseason series, which stars Kristy Swanson, Steven Eckholdt and George Eads, Monday February 28 at 9:30 p.m. (ET), industry sources report. The single-camera comedy will then move to Mondays at 8:30 when "Ladies Man" begins a six-week hiatus. It will sit snugly between "King of Queens" and "Everybody Loves Raymond" until April 10. The series, centering around four Miami singles, had a brief run on the Eye in 1992--long enough, some say, to inspire HBO's stylish "Sex in the City." He plays a character called Thumper Klein, TV sportscaster. Can't say much about the name but when a man looks that good... From what I can see, he's gonna be a smooth-talking charmer with a different lady every 15 minutes or so.. a typical sports jock who plays tennis (Number 1 singles at his college and former pro), loves sports trivia and has various ski trips to Aspen and Vail! |
