Someone asked, very nicely, that I do a timeline to the L & Ls, since the stories got awfully complex. So here's the short version of events. You know, just in case you get confused. Not as much in story order as event order. Major spoilers ahead for every single thing.

Rogue and St. John work out their differences. Rogue tells St. John about her time on the Statue of Liberty.
Bobby tells St. John he loves him. The junior team gets their first mission with Ororo supervising. Scott tells Logan it isn't a good idea for him to take Rogue with him on vacation, due to both their feelings and the danger. Rogue hears this. Logan goes to talk to Rogue. Carol Danvers appears at the mission site and disables Remy, Jubilee, and Bobby. St. John sends Kitty to get Bobby and get away and warn the X-Men. St. John fights Carol Danvers and loses. Rogue fights Carol Danvers and kills her, absorbing her completely. Rogue takes them inside an abandoned building for shelter--Jubilee is the only one St. john can find. Slowly slipping toward concussive coma, St. John begins to hallucinate. The X-Men arrive. St. John blows up the building once in the Blackbird. First reference to a past involving Carol Danvers.
St. John and Bobby have sex for the first time. References to Rogue in isolation.
Jubilee goes to St. John with an idea she discussed with Dr. McCoy to get Rogue out of her isolation. Reference to Logan being Rogue's guardian and having power of attorney. Second reference to Rogue being over the age of consent.
St. John confronts Carol, brings up bad memories. She's defeated by Rogue and Rogue retakes control of her body.
