"Tag"

Melissa LaMere Melissa was one of the founding members of TCDDC. She did her first D/A competition in July 2005, but became more involved in disc dog in 2006. Tag (pictured above) is her first disc dog. He has excelled in both D/A and Freestyle. Tag won the 2007 MN Disc Dog Club Cup in both D/A and Freestyle. Tag, Melissa, and David took 2nd place at the North Central Skyhoundz Regional in New Castle, IN in July 07 and won a trip to worlds.
Melissa also has another border collie, Reckon, who won Expert D/A at the 07 NC Regionals as well (winning his own trip to worlds). She also competes w/her sheltie, Tyde, in the micro dog division, and her Beglian Malinois, Mia in just D/A.
In addition to the four disc dogs, Melissa has 4 other dogs; 4 more shelties (Wysk, Chayse, Steele, and Rhyme). Melissa and her crew also compete in obedience, agility, herding and minimal conformation.
