This is a poem I wrote for Fuu when I was building her shrine.

*It happened that my poem turned out to be a near perfect complement to a song that Fuu sings in the Magic Knight Rayearth Original Song Book (which is a cute and cheerful song). The eerie thing is, I did not read the translation of that song until after I wrote the above poem. I didn't meant for it to turn out that way, it just did... The two have some REALLY uncanny similarities. I almost couldn't believe it myself.
Yokan no Kaze (Winds of Premonition) sung by Fuu
Although we didn't promise that we'll see each other again The murmurs of a green breeze cools the ears I can't forget your smile, and deep in my heart It keeps loosening like one unties a ribbon I couldn't even say goodbye Although the time we had together was short, The winds that always tell me are murmuring Although we didn't promise that we'll see each other again It keeps loosening like one unties a ribbon The winds that always tell me are murmuring Although we didn't promise that we'll see each other again -Original lyrics by Nanase Okawa of CLAMP |
