core allow for photonic memory storage equal to 400,000 quads, higher
than any other Transformer. In creature mode, magnetic claws stick to
any
ferrous surface. Carries electrostatic dynamo which shocks enemies
with a
40,000 volt charge.
Vain, he tends to spend more time thinking than
doing. Prides himself on his mastery of the energy blade.

Is known for being in charge of the Free City of New Vilnacron, a place of merchants, profiteers, blackmailers, mercenaries and unaffiliated Transformers with no other place to go. Everyone respects him; wise people fear him. No one has ever had direct contact with him.

Airwolf

Note: Airwolf transforms into a jet helicopter with Mach 3+ velocity. Due to some minor damage to her personality matrix in an accident a few million years ago, she can only speak the truth. This makes her less than popular with the troops, and especially with her commanders. Because of that, she has few friends, and tries not to say too much. Easier said than done, of course. Fortunately for her, she has a good dexterity, endurance, and speed all the better to dodge irate Decepticons and whatever they might throw or shoot at her.

Note: Dealiticus is a master at the art of the deal. Has feigning sincerity and friendliness down to an art. Staggering technical skill, combined with advanced Quintesson technology, have made his wares the most sought-after in the galaxy. Uses profits from his weapons sales to help keep New Vilnacron afloat. As Dean, helps run the New Vilnacron Science Academy, as well as assist with city beautification. A well-known coward, Deal can and will produce heavy ordinance to defend himself in a pinch, but prefers to hide behind his wall of Sharkticons, or, better yet, Darkfire.

Flatfoot

Note: Flatfoot is a very old Cybertronian, from before the Great Wars. His function has always been that of law enforcement and he takes that seriously, but is not a completely humorless cop. In robot mode, carries twin gauss cannon peacemaker pistols that pack a deadly punch. In prison transport mode, he is able to drive up to 500 miles without a refill, and has a reinforced structure to allow him to collide with anything from a small object, to most large buildings without a problem.
Foxhole

Function: COMBAT ENGINEER

Note: A former Autobot, Foxhole recently joined the residents of Vilnacron as a combat engineer to help them rebuild and strengthen Vilnacron and its defensives, as well as clear up debris and unexploded ordanance left by the numerous battles on Cybertron, that could be used later. Her primary duty is to help construct new areas of Vilnacron, but can also help the defensive of Vilnacron when the need arises. In robot mode, she is armed only with a welding torch. As an engineer tank, she is armed with a 165mm demolition gun.
Mystic
Species: Transformer

Function: SCIENTIST/MEDIC

Note:
Mystic is a bit of a mystery. She has the mind and skills of a
scientist, yet still believes in things such as fate and fortune telling. She's always
on the lookout for new information and technology, though. She is not a
fighter and will try to avoid combat if at all possible. In her robot
mode she is agile, and carries a small laser as a last defense. As a
helicopter, she can gather scientific data from a stable platform. Often
she can be found field testing some new piece of equipment that she
invented.

Shrike

Function: ESPIONAGE/SABOTAGE

Quote: "Fear is the ultimate weapon."
Note: A cunning infiltrator and a fearless warrior, Shrike is one of the Shadowlord's top lieutenants. Horribly melted in a close encounter with the Smelting Pits of Darkmount, he disdains repair and retains the terrible scars to better strike fear into his enemies. Prefers to use his cloaking field to taunt his prey into panic before striking with twin energy blades and a rocket launcher concealed in his forearm. In cyber-raven mode, uses his small size to infiltrate past base defenses, retaining laser eyebeams for self-defense.
Whyne
Species: Transformer

Function: RIOT CONTROL OFFICER

Note:
Sleek in build if not in manner, Whyne was once a Civilian messenger and
riot control officer who disappeared during an offworld excursion. She
has returned to
Cybertron as a changed bot. Afraid for her life and for her position in
society,
she sought refuge with the Vilnacronians - offering her skills to them
in return for a safe haven from the war. She is quiet, inward - rather
philosophical and
not one to volunteer information freely.
