immerse yourself.
You run,
tears streaming down your face,
like diamonds from your heart and soul,
you run through gorges on rocks,
sharp as glass,
that break your skin and spirit,
what you're running from,
you forgot that long ago,
but you run through valleys and meadows,
when,
all of a sudden,
you stop,
you notice a serene lake,
there as if out of nowhere,
like a mirage or an illusion,
you bend down,
on your knees,
to look in,
two celestial blue eyes greet you,
beautiful and calm,
and you feel greater,
so you stand up,
you dive in,
you immerse yourself,
and for once,
things are different,
you are whole again,
then the lady of the lake meets you,
"Ami am I,"
she speaks,
"Welcome to my lake of illusions,
become one with yourself again.",
and you do,
that was happiness,
that was wonderful,
so,
if anything ever hurts your again,
you know there is somewhere were you can become whole again,
then you can just immerse yourself in the lady's illusion.
immerse yourself.
