Professor Tomoe

Professor Tomoe was in his lab one day, and was showing some people (including his daughter Hotaru) his experiment. But something went wrong, and everybody in the lab was killed except for him. The Daimon Master came to Tomoe, and said if Tomoe would become his servant, he would bring Hotaru back to life. Tomoe agreed.

Professor Tomoe became head of the Death Busters, and it was his job to find the talismans and get the Sacred Cup to awaken the Messiah of Silence. It was later found out that he also contained a daimon inside him, and when Neptune and Uranus used their talismans they defeated the Daimon Master inside of him, making Tomoe good again.

Mistress 9 possessed Hotaru, using Hotaru's energy for her own. Her only purpose was to summon the Master Pharaoh 90. Mistress 9 was destroyed when Hotaru took over her own body.

Kaolinite was the first person to search for the talismans. She was "killed" when the inner senshi attacked her with Sailor Planet Power, and Uranus's "World Shaking" knocked her off the roof.

She appeared much later as a lab assistant to Professor Tomoe, and a tormentor to Hotaru. She was the one who stole Chibi Usa's heart crystal, to give to the Messiah of Silence who turned into Mistress 9. While Tomoe stood there praising Mistress 9 she was killed when a lightening blast hit her throwing her into a electrified force field.

Eudial took over after Kaolinite "died". She had a special gun that when she shot someone their heart crystal would pop out. She finally figured out that Uranus and Neptune had talismans sealed in their pure hearts, and brought them to a half finished Cathedral where she took Neptune and Uranus', talismans, but Pluto took them back from her and transformed the talismans into the sacred treasures: Mirror, Sword, and Garnet, then together they made the Sacred Cup. Eudial tried to get the cup, but Sailor Moon got to it first and transformed into Super Sailor Moon. Eudial soon took off in her car, but Mimete had rigged her brakes so Eudial ended up driving off a cliff.

Mimete took over after she killed Eudial. She would find someone with a pure heart, then let the daimon swallow it and bring it back to the Professor. She usually went after people she had crushes on. She was destroyed when she put herself in a machine to make herself stronger and the senshi unable to attack her, but Tellu pulled the plug on her.

After Tellu killed Mimete she took over as next high ranking general in the Witches 5. Her way of attack to get the heart crystals needed for awakening the Messiah of Silence was to give out plants called Terrun. When the plants were in full bloom they would drain the energy around them and suck up the heart crystal. She died when her plant turn on her and killed her.

Villuy came next after the unfortunate death of Tellu. Being a student at Mugen High School where the next big city wide test was being given she decided that the best way of stealing heart crystals was with machines. She used the computers to try to take the crystals. She even told Ami that machines were better because they didn't have to think or feel anything. They were just programmed. She died when her nanobots turned around and attacked her after the armband program was damaged.

Cyprine took over after Viluy. She would capture a large amount of peoples heart crystals and bring them to the Professor. By summoning all the Mugen School students to report to the building. The inner senshi saw through her plan. (Only because, well, she gathered them at night.)

Ptilol appeared as Cyprine's twin. When they were battling the inner senshi and winning big time when the senshi decided to show them some real team work. Mercury used her bubble blast to hide the senshi, while Jupiter and Mars tricked them into turning their own attacks on each other.
