• 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 onion, grated
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 can chicken gumbo soup
• 2 tsp. prepared mustard
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. vinegar
• salt & pepper

Brown beef and onion, add above ingredients.

Simmer on low in crock pot.
