add water, onions, can of stewed tomatoes,
ro-tel with green chilies, a whole clove
of garlic, chopped, a large cooking spoonful
of cooking oil, salt, seasonings
Cook in crockpot until done
May want to add more seasonings to your
taste - the closer it gets to being done
After beans are done, take out as much
juice as you can and save juice
Mash the beans in the crockpot
Add a large cooking spoonful of cooking
oil in skillet
Add a large cooking spoonful of flour to
skillet and brown real good
Add juice back to the crockpot and mix
real well
Hold skillet to the crockpot and put about
half the beans to skillet and mix in the
flour mixture over low heat
Add all this back to crockpot and stir all
together
You might have to add a little more water
to skillet and maybe to crockpot to stir
flour mixture to beans

'These beans are good as a side dish,
with mexican rice and your meat...or can be used to
make tostadas, burritos, or also add to your tacos...
it is very good'
