Swiss Steak (for crock pot)
2 lb. round steak (cut into serving size pieces)
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 can tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Season meat with salt and pepper.
Place in crock pot with sliced onion.
Pour tomatoes over all.
Cover and set to low for 8-10 hours
This recipe may be doubled for a 5 quart crock pot
Creamy swiss steak-substitue 1 can mushroom soup (10 oz.) for tomatoes
