Smokey Beef 'N Beans (slow cooker)
1 lb. ground beef
1 C. chopped onion
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 cans (16 oz each) pork and beans
1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (16-oz) butter beans, drained
1 C. ketchup
1/4 C. brown sugar
3 T. vinegar
1 tsp. liquid smoke-optional
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
In a skillet cook the beef and onion till meat is no longer pink. Drain.
Transfer to a slow cooker.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook low for 6-7 hours or until heated through.
