Potato Onion Casserole (Crock Pot)
1/2 Cup bacon fat
8 potatoes, sliced
4 onions, sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
chopped parsley
Saute potatoes & onions in bacon fat with salt & pepper
Stir to coat vegetables
Put them in crock pot & cook low for 4-6 hours
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley
