Mary's Hoisin Chicken-CP


Remove the skin from chicken

Mix all ingredients except chicken, in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well put all in a crockpot and cook 5-6 hours on low.

Note: I used plum sauce not chutney and the recipe called for slicing the ginger thinly, but we preferred it grated, no big pieces of ginger to pull out.
