Scalloped Potatoes and Sausage


  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place uncooked scalloped taters in cooker. Place the sausage on top. Mix soup, water, and the sauce mix from the scalloped tater box and pour over potatoes/sausage
  2. Cover and cook n LOW for 4-5 hrs, till taters are fork-tender
  3. Rinse peas with cold water to separate. Sprinkle peas in crockpot. Let cook about 5 minutes till peas are hot.

    Serves 4

    Need 3 1/2-6 qt slow cooker. 10 min prep time. OK to use reduced-sodium sausage. Can use any cream soups, but if u do, add 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and I'm sure frozen corn or carrots are ok too
