Crock-Pot Pork Roast
1 (3 to 4-lb) Boston butt
1/3 cup (or more)Lea & Perrin Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup (or more) light brown sugar
Place meat in crock-pot
Saturate with Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle all over with brown sugar
Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 4 hours, then reduce to LOW and continue cooking for the rest of the day
Makes ... a lot
Note:
Can cook the LOW setting for about 8 hours and will work fine
