Baked Ham With Mustard Glaze(CP)
3-5 pounds precooked ham, drained
10-12 whole cloves
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbls prepared mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbls orange juice
2 tbls cornstarch
Score ham in diamond pattern and stud with cloves. Place in crockpot.
Combine brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice; spoon over ham.
Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then on low 6-7 hours or until ham is hot.
Remove ham to warm serving platter
Turn crock pot to setting.
Combine orange juice and cornstarch to form smooth pate. Stir into drippings in crockpot. Cook stirring occasionally until sauce is thickened.
Spoon over ham
Note:
If using 5-6 quart crock pot and cooking larger ham, cook 1 hour on high then low 8-10 hours
