Busy Day BBQ Ribs (CP)
3 1/2 to 4 lbs. country style pork ribs
1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/3 C. cider vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder
Place ribs in a slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low and cook 4-5 hours longer.
Thicken sauce for gravy if desired.
Serves 6-8
