Crockpot Ham & Cabbage Dinner
4 medium potatoes, pared & sliced
6 carrots, pared & halved lengthwise, then crosswise
1 medium cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
1 smoked ham slice, cut into 8 pieces (2 to 2 1/2 lbs.)
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tblsp. prepared mustard
2 tsps. prepared horseradish
Put veggies into cooker.
Spread ham pieces with a mixture of brown sugar, mustard & horseradish.
Add meat to cooker.
Cover & cook on Low heat 6 to 8 hours.
