Crockpot Tenderloin with Apples
1 package pork tenderloins (1 1/2--2 lbs.)
1 large Granny Smith apple (peeled and chopped)
1/4 cup applesauce
1 bunch scallions with 3 inches of green tops (thinly sliced)
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs vinegar (balsamic or cider)
Trim excess fat from pork and slice in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Place all ingredients into crockpot and mix to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Serves 4 to 6
