Rathskeller Pork
5 pork chops, about 3/4" thick
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 green onions, chopped
2 apples, peeled, cored & sliced
3 tab apple jelly
2 tab white wine vinegar
1 teas seasoned salt
1/4 teas seasoned pepper
1/2 teas caraway seeds (optional)
Trim all visable fat from pork
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onions, apples, apple jelly, vinegar, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper & caraway seeds
Place cabbage mixture in slow cooker
Top with pork
Cover & cook on low 4-1/2 to 5 hours until pork is tender
