Cranberry Pork Roast
2 to 3 pounds Pork Roast
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water
salt
Place pork roast in slow cooker
In medium bowl, mash cranberry sauce
Stir sugar, cranberry juice, dry mustard and cloves
Cover & cook on low heat 4 to 6 hours or until roast is tender
Remove roast and keep warm
Skim off fat from juice
Measure 2 cups, adding water if necessary
Pour into sauce pan
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat
Combine cornstarch & cold water to make gravy
Cook & stir until thickened
Season with salt; serve with sliced pork
