Pork Chili (slow cooker)
2 1/2 lb. boneless pork cut into 1" cubes
2 T. oil
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 1/2 oz) chili beans, undrained
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 C. salsa
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. chopped green pepper
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. minced jalapeno pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork in oil; drain.
Place in a slow cooker; add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
Reduce heat to low and cook 4 hours longer.
Serves 10-12
