'I cooked this yesterday and thought it was good (I personally like the apricot preserve/thousand island dressing based sauce best, but this is a good one when you don't have the other ingredients on hand....easy too)'
1 frozen turkey breast, unthawed
1 lb can cranberry sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker for 2 hours on high
Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 4-5 hours
Note:1/2 cup orange juice may be added if desired. If turkey breast does not fit into your slow cooker, thaw it first and cut in pieces. This changes the cooking time to High for 1 hour, then Low for 3-4 hours or until tender. Remaining liquid can be used like a stock to cook vegetables, meats, etc (or for gravy, good over rice). It can be refrigerated or frozen
