Apple Eggnog

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • cinnamon

    About 10 minutes before serving, in a covered blender container at medium speed, blend eggs, ice cream, applesauce & milk until well mixed

    Sprinkle each serving lightly with cinnamon

    Makes 5 1/2 cups or 5 servings

    Note: Always wash eggs before breaking as a precaution against salmonella
