Potato Chip Cookies
1 cup butter or oleo
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups coarsely crushed potato chips
1 16-oz pkg butterscotch chips
2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
Cream together butter & sugar
Add eggs and flavorings; beat well
Add crushed potato chips
Sift flour & soda; stir into creamed mixture
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes
