Grandmother's Holiday Fudge
4-1/2 cups of sugar
1 small can of evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 6-oz pkgs. chocolate morsels
1/2 pound of margarine (2 sticks) melted
1 cup of nuts
Cook sugar and milk (7 minutes from when it starts to boil)
Add remaining ingredients (except vanilla), mix
Add vanilla
Spread in a greased pan and let cool
Makes 1 lb
