Eggnog & Cranberry Salad
1 3-oz pkg. of vanilla pudding and pie mix (not instant)
1 3-oz pkg. lemon gelatin
2 Cups water
1 3-oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 Cup boiling water
1 16-oz can whole cranberry sauce
1 envelope of whipped topping mix
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Mix pudding mix, lemon gelatin and 2 Cups water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Chill until partially set
Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 Cup boiling water. Blend in cranberry sauce. Chill until partially set
Prepare whipped topping mix according to pkg. directions. Add nutmeg to topping mixture. Fold into pudding mixture
Pour cranberry mixture into 9x12" pyrex. Then pour pudding mixture on top and chill for about 6 hours
Throw diet food list out of window and enjoy
