Prepare mix according to package directions. Pour batter into
two 8-inch cake pans and bake at the temperature noted on the box,
until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the cakes completely, then place them on a large serving platter, one ahead of the other to form the shape of
a snowman.
To decorate: Frost each cake using one tub of the vanilla icing.
Split the remaining icing between two bowls. Color one bowl red and one bowl green using the food coloring.
Using a piping bag (available at kitchenware stores) for each color of frosting, give the snowman a hat and scarf.
Finally, using candies make a face and buttons to finish the snowman.
