Sometimes the poetry will be a "may be" poem: it may be a poem unrelated to the theme but looks like it is, or it may be a poem that is related to the theme but doesn't look like it is. Haiku The haiku appears on the top in roomaji (Romanization) in white with the corresponding English translation on the bottom in pink/magenta. I originally wrote these in Japanese following as closely as possible the traditional method of writing haiku. The translation into English is necessarily sketchy and does not conform to the style taught in English classes in America. I apologize in advance if I have erred in my preparation and translation of these haiku. | ||
