Once a bustling fishing town, Birch bay nestles on the coast of Washington state, between Burlington and Blaine; not far from Vancouver, Canada. This is a view from one of the old quays, looking inland across the harbor. All under the gaze of a majestic Mt Baker, which dominates the horizon.
