The emitter is made from four seperate pieces of aluminum. Here are the sizes and dimensions starting with the outter-most lip, then moving down toward the motorcycle handle. These pieces can be ordered from Onlinemetals NOTE: The quantity on each peice of aluminum is ONE.

1) 2 OD X 125" Wall ALUM ROUND TUBING Product Code: 2125ARDT (.83 cents an inch) Length: 2/10 inch. When you order this piece from online metals, you'll need to call them after you make your order, and tell them you need this as close to 2/10 of an inch as possible. The reason is because their web site does not recognize anything less than an inch.
2) 1-3/4 OD X .125" Wall ALUM ROUND TUBING Product Code: 134125ARDT ($1.00 an inch) Length: 1 and 1/8 inches.
3) 1-1/2" ALUM ROUND (This is solid bar) 6061-T6 Product Code: 112AR ($1.12 an inch) Length: 1 inch. This is a little longer than what will actually be showing, but you need the extra length so that you can anchor it inside the emitter for structural integrity..
4) 3/4" ALUM ROUND (This is solid bar, too) 6061-T6 Product Code: 34AR (.27 cents an inch) Length: 2 and 1/2 inches. The first thing to keep in mind is that this pieces extends all the way down into the motorcycle handle. Again, this is a little longer than what will be showing, but the extra length gives you something to anchor into the motorcycle handle for strength.

1-3/4 OD X .065" WAll ALUM ROUND TUBING Product Code: 134065ARDT Length: 3.4 inches. (.91 cents an inch). This peice will be used for the area around the activation box and where the grips are fastened. (It's all one peice).

For now, just forget about these two extra pieces and return your attention to those aforementioned.

Once you have all the pieces, it's just a matter of sanding them down to reveal that shinny chrome-like finish, then use epoxy to fasten them in their respective places. All the peices are pretty much cut-to-fit... with the exception of the two solid bar peices. For the 1 and 1/2 inch peice (whose length is only an inch) you need to push this up into the 1 and 3/4 inch peice until there is only 3/10 of an inch showing. This same method goes for the 3/4 inch piece (which is 2 and 1/2 inches long). You don't need two and a half inches from the emitter to the motorcycle handle, but the reason you need the bar this long is so that you can epoxy the extra inside the motorcycle handle.
