Body wise, one of the first things I want to take care of is the dent in the roof. What I plan on doing is removing the overhead vent by drilling out the spot welds, and then getting at the dent from inside. There are many ways to do it though, and I'm still mulling it over in my mind. After that I will take care of the single dent in the nose (I do mean single, the nose is pretty much perfect except for this dent). Then I'll see what I can do about those rear corners...and then I'll start on the rust removal and welding. I'll need to install new rockers on both sides, cut out the redneck-tack-welded rear fenders and put some in properly, replace sections of the cargo floor (most of it is good), and replace the rusted out areas of the front floor. The dog legs are rotted at the bottom, I will patch these with new metal and glass over some minor rust-outs in the passenger's side dog leg (the driver's side is like a rock). Easy! :-) I hope to have the bus on the road by the end of the summer, or at least have the rust work done. I'll be documenting every step in the process!
