Under Construction
There is always something new on the web and a body can only see so much in a sitting. If you come across related sites containing resources, general information, reviews, or anything else that may be of interest to speculative fiction writers, e-mail us at rspective@geocities.com so we can check them out. This site always under construction and we welcome any input in order to make it better.
We also ask that you please bear with us- good
things do come to those who wait. (I, myself, have a day job along
with three kids who demand online time). We also have a number of Staff
Positions open on The Reader's Perspective that, once filled, will go far
to speeding up our construction. Hope to hear from more people soon with
feedback about what you have seen so far. -SLoM
o A writer's forum called On The Subject of Writing. A place of insights, thoughts, and inpsirations on the subject of SF and Fantasy writing. This forum will include excerpts from interviews of some of the greats including Asimov, LeGuin, and Stephen King to name a few.
o The page for site guidelines has been removed altogether in order to revise them and bring them more in line with the sites evolving intent, formats, and capabilities. At present the only online guidelines still up and in effect are those for Creative Interaction, Creative Session, and Collaborative Space.
o Links to reviews. The review page, Submitted for Your Review, is a place for contributors to place their views on books, novels,
short stories, and articles. The only stipulation is that the material
reviewed must be of a speculative nature or must be relevant to the craft
of Speculative Fiction writing, science fiction, or fantasy.
o A chat schedule that is maintained and updated at least weekly or even daily.
o More contest information and resources. A recent review of our current resources page found many of our links out of date and or non-existant. We are working to correct this.
o Contributors.
