Author's Notes: I have always liked Tzeentch the best of all the Chaos gods, but in the old rules for the marks of Chaos, in the old army book, I felt that his mark was a bit rubbish really. I waited anxiously for Realm of Chaos, to see if they had redone it, I was gleeful that they had, until I realised that it was still a bit rubbish. What would you rather have, frenzy and chaos armour, or one reroll in the game that you could get with a 10 point magic item! (Warpstone charm) Okay, so the mark of Tzeentch is cheaper, but still it seems almost useless compared to the other three marks. And can't sorcerers get a magic related mark like Nurgle and Slaanesh do, after all Tzeentch is the great sorcerer. Anyway enough waffling, without further ado, I would like to present to you the new and improved rules for the Mark of Tzeentch.
The New mark of Tzeentch for champions costs 30 points. It allows the champion to warp time and reality in his favour at crucial moments. The champion can +1/-1 to one dice roll a turn, after the dice roll has already been made, he can only do this for rolls for the champion, ie his armour saves, his leadership tests etc.
Tzeentch is the known as the great sorcerer, so his wizards are very adept at their roles. Sorcerers of Tzeentch may do that high magic trick of picking an extra spell and then discarding one.
