Combat, Champions of Slaanesh do not take break tests, if fighting as part of a unit they do not flee if the unit flees, instead they are immediately separated from the unit so that they can continue to fight on.
Chaos Gifts
At the beginning of the battle, after both sides have deployed all their models, you roll 2D6 and draw the number of Chaos Gifts indicated by the dice. These are special gifts granted by the Chaos powers. These Gifts are not always beneficial, as the Chaos Gods are fickle in the gifts they bestow.
Chaos Magic
Chaos Rewards
Some Chaos Rewards are literally the rewards granted to the followers of Chaos, while other rewards take the shape of swords, armour, etc. Chaos Rewards count toward the number of magic items a character may have. However, Chaos Rewards are not magic items in the normal sense. They are not affected by magic items or spells that negate, destroy, or otherwise affect other magic items. Daemons and Greater Daemons have their own special rewards called Daemonic Rewards.
Some rewards are specific to certain Chaos Gods, and may only be used by Champions of that God.
Banners of the Gods
Chaos Warriors march under banners proclaiming the might of their Champions and Gods. Beastmen Shamans make grotesque flags from human skin, painted with blood and consecrated with braying prayers. Daemons emerge from the dark reaches bearing weird and disturbing standards made of the raw energy of Chaos. Many of these standards of Chaos are magical.
Some banners are limited to only being carried by the followers of a certain God, but Beastmen or Minotaur regiments that are allowed to carry magic standards may have any of these.
War Banners of the Chaos Gods
These represent the personal standards of the Gods themselves. Only Daemonic Battle Standard Bearers may carry one of these banners, and they may only carry the banner of their own God.
Chaos Armour
Chaos Armour may be given to multiple characters. It is not limited to the one card that is included in Warhammer Magic.
Sword of Change and Potion of Chaos
There are changes to these magic items in the Realm of Chaos book, so read it carefully and note the changes.
Chaos Spells
Note the chart for Chaos Spells on page 61 of Warhammer: Realm of Chaos.
Chaos Daemons
There are many changes to Chaos Daemons in the new Warhammer: Realm of Chaos, and you should read this section very carefully, especially the many variations of Greater Daemons and Daemon Princes that can be created through the use of Daemonic rewards.
Summoned Greater Daemons
A Beastmen or Chaos Warrior Warband may include a single summoned Greater Daemon. If you do this, you must use the Summoning Table on page 70 of Warhammer: Realm of Chaos.
