Aegnor

This is the fourth son of Finarfin, who is never mentioned without his brother, Angrod. They were very close in friendship with the sons of Fingolfin, and it was this friendship which made them decide to leave their lives in Tirion behind, as Fingon desired to see the lands of Middle-earth and rule a realm of his own. Although they never spoke against their father, they parted for ever on the borders of Araman when Finarfin repented of the rebellion of the Noldor.

In Beleriand, the brothers were vassals of their eldest brother, Finrod , leading a few Noldor on the slopes of Dorthonion looking out over the fields of Ard-galen. Their proximity to Thangorodrim made them the only chieftains of the Noldor in favour of the attack upon Angband that Fingolfin desired. However, the attack never took place, and Aegnor and Angrod were killed in the Dagor Bragollach.

Amras

Twin brother of Amrod, Amras is the youngest son of Fëanor. Amrod and Amras were great huntsmen and had their abode in the south of East Beleriand, where many elves would travel to hunt. Finrod Felagund found the kindred of Bëor after tiring of a hunt in their land, and Estolad, where Finrod took the Edain, was in the lands of Amrod and Amras as well. Amrod and Amras did not take part in the battles of the north, fleeing south through Ramdal in the Dagor Bragollach with Caranthir. In the attack on Eärendil's people both Amrod and Amras were killed.

Angrod

This is the third son of Finarfin. When the Noldor first returned to Beleriand, Angrod was the messenger of his brother Finrod to Thingol, telling him of their return, but not of the slaying at Alqualondë or of the manner of their return. Upon returning to the council of the Noldor in Mithrim, he conveys the none too welcoming reply of King Thingol to the sons of Fëanor. Caranthir is angered by the message and speaks harshly against the sons of Finarfin. Because of this, Angrod is only too ready to tell Thingol and Melian of the wrongs of the sons of Fëanor as well as the Doom of Mandos and the burning of the ships at Losgar. This causes Thingol's ban on the speaking of Quenya, the language of the Noldor, in his realm.
